Return Policy

We are a small family business, and each item is handcrafted and inspected. We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us Info@bowpondwoodworking.com. Bowpond Woodworking may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Bowpond Woodworking respects the confidentiality of data relating to all customers and visitors to the site. Individual customer and visitor information is not collected, shared, or distributed by Bowpond Woodworking. Please note that aggregate data are collected and analyzed strictly for the purposes of identifying statistical information concerning site traffic.

Delivery Policy

BowPond Woodworking offers local pick up in Cochrane Alberta. We ship throughout North America. You must contact payment@bowpondwoodworking.com for shipment options beyond local pick up. BowPond Woodworking normally ships all complete orders (consisting of an order form and payment) within two business days. Shipments will be packed and sent within three business days of completed payments. Customers are sent email confirmations for received orders.
